ImageYantra provides free, browser-based tools for image and PDF processing. All processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to any files you process.

You may use ImageYantra for personal, educational, and commercial purposes provided that you:
- Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Do not attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure
- Do not use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the Service
- Only process files that you own or have permission to process
Intellectual Property
The ImageYantra name, logo, design, and code are owned by ImageYantra. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission. The open-source libraries we use (jsPDF, PDF-lib) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the output will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
ImageYantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or files.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
